HERCKA was founded by Clement Schmitz from Diest, Belgium.
The name Hercka comes from the neighboring town of Herk-De-Stad. Hercka later changed the name of its racing bikes to CLEMENSO ('Clement' Schmitz).
In 1973, Hercka was co-sponsor and constructor for GOLDOR, which sponsored a professional team in its final year.
According to experts, Hennie Kuiper became world champion in 1975 on a Hercka frame, albeit a repainted one?

I think this is a Hercka. Belgian built by a builder called Clemens. Hercka went on to sell bikes under the name Clemenso, following the Italian trend.
They had a pro team, and during the crossover the kit said Hercka and Clemenso.
