Thank you so much! I have two 1973 Schwinn paramounts with triple cranks and no chain pin on the 54T chainring. I also got a NOS triple crank from 1977 but it was missing the 54 T ring. I have been hunting for half an hour to see a bicycle with a 1977 or 78 crank to find out if it needs the chain pin! Your page brackets my crank with 1975 and 1978 cranks and they both have the chain pin! Now I know what kind of NOS chainring to buy (with a pin) thank you!
